Easy to administer
Much effort has been placed on making data rooms easy to administer. Features have been designed to minimize repetitive manual inputs and many operations, such as when inviting users or when confirming answers in the Q&A, may be carried out in bulk.
The system allows administrators to customize user rights, brand each data room with a custom logotype and attach a disclaimer (such as a click-through NDA).
Integrated Q&A
Aversure Data Room Service includes an optional integrated Q&A module that allows you to conduct the Q&A from within the data room.
The Q&A module allows you to customize the set up so that it fits the complexity of your project. It can be tailored to support a small transaction with few participants or a complex transaction with many participants that may require a multi-step approval process before an answer is published.
The system supports multiple separate Q&As inside a single data room (e.g. for multiple buyers).

Extensive security features have been integrated with the system. Access to the service takes place over an encrypted connection with all access being logged. Data room access is secured by personal login details and two-factor authentication may be enforced by data room administrators.
In order to safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information, the system provides features such as PDF watermarking, a secure PDF viewer, real time logging and granular and customizable user rights.
