Each data room includes 50 GB of storage, 500 users and is valid for up to 12 months. Data rooms renew every 12 months unless cancelled. A data room can only be used within the scope of a single project.

Pricing in SEK applies to customers residing in Sweden. Pricing in EUR applies to customers outside of Sweden. Additionally, customers outside of Sweden may request to be billed in CHF, GBP or USD.

Prices exclude VAT. Reverse VAT will be employed for applicable intra-EU transactions should Aversure be provided with a valid VAT registration number. No VAT will apply to non-EU transactions (as applicable).

Aversure may adjust the price if the customer is notified at least 90 days before the start of the next subscription period (for subscriptions) or 90 days before a data room is created or renewed (for individual data rooms).

The service is intended for business use and is offered to professional customers only. Aversure may at its discretion decline to offer the service to customers that operate in certain sectors or operate in certain geographies. For more information on exclusions, please contact Aversure.

The full terms and conditions of the service are contained in the Data Room Service Agreement and the Data Processing Addendum. Before any order is finalized, Aversure and the customer need to execute such agreements. The agreements will be made available to the customer before an order is finalized or upon request.
